7 Powerful Affirmations to Remain Mentally Alert


Life is an enjoyable journey if one can remain physically fit, mentally alert, emotionally balanced and spiritually connected. In my last post I have given some powerful affirmations for physical fitness, this post is for remaining alert throughout the life. Though most of the people struggle for loss of memory in old age and attribute this to loss of neurological connections in the brain. Whether neurogenesis is possible in adult brain is a question. The researches show that the existence of hippocampal neurogenesis is very thin on ground but it cannot be ruled out completely. Though brain may favour stability over plasticity yet thoughts can create reality.  If we can programme our brain with powerful affirmations it is possible to maintain neural network sound for longer period and we can remain mentally alert. These seven powerful affirmations can help:

1.       I am thankful to almighty for giving me the most capable super computer as my mind with very sharp and vast memory.

2.       My brain is capable of storing infinite data with capacity to retrieve at the speed of light as per requirements.

3.       As radars can track flying objects of friend and foe, my mind can also register positive and negative experiences equally; but it has power to process those data differently so as to use that information for my personal benefit as well as the benefit of the society.

4.       My mind has infinite capabilities of learning, unlearning and relearning things as per need and development of knowledge from time to time.

5.       Thank God for giving me razor sharp memory and power to recall things as per my wish. But at the same times I have wisdom to leave all those things aside that I don’t want to carry forward.

6.       My left and right brain work in perfect sync that gives me dexterity of learning all logical as well as artistic things with equal ease.

7.       I am thankful to almighty for keeping me mentally alert all the times.
